Absolutely great place with MAGNIFICENT views of garden. Magnificent location just off the nearest beach, could not be better.

The breakfast bar offered a great selection of fresh meals, and the location, close to the beach and only 2 miles from Piazzetta Petrone, was quiet and beautiful, meeting all our needs perfectly.

The room had magnificent views of the town. the location was excellent, very close to the harbor, town of Vieste, beaches, and port. - Vieste was at most a 25-minute walk away. Overall, I had a room with stunning town views and the location was superb, being close to the harbor, beaches, and town itself. Vieste was just a short 25-minute walk away.

The outdoor pool at this residence is a true oasis in the sun. It's like diving into a refreshing tropical paradise, surrounded by palm trees and with plenty of cozy sunbeds to relax on.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni and enjoyed his friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The view overlooking Vieste and the sea was amazing. The breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options. The swimming pool area was relaxing and the beach service was a great bonus. Free parking was available.

the stunning view from the terrace and pool area was even better than the pictures. the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and informative, offering free parking in the city center as well as sunbeds at the nearby beach. the cleanliness and maintenance of the residence were impeccable, showing attention to detail. Although not packed with fancy facilities, the ones they did have were of high quality. the breakfast included delicious croissants, bread, and fruit.

Had a great Christmas stay here! Loved the clean and comfortable facilities. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with an amazing view of the town and sea from the top of the hill. It was great to have a swimming pool and other games like table tennis and darts to keep us entertained.

The road down to the town wasn't the easiest to walk on, so a car is recommended. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the center of the old town from the hotel.

We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful surroundings.

That the kitchen in our apartment was a bit small and could have been better equipped.

The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were really good. Although the kitchen could have had more equipment and a larger table, we were still able to enjoy preparing meals. The free parking in the city center and the sunbeds at the nearby beach were nice bonuses. we were actually surprised by this hidden gem and would highly recommend it for a nice stay.
